We are half way through our pool project and we couldn’t be any happier with the entire team at Premier Pools and Spas in Temecula. Gerry was our sales guy and Joey is our project manager. Both are always available to answer my questions via text or phone calls. They stop by at least 1-2 times a week to make sure everything is going well. Have been recommending their service to all of our friends and family.

I rarely write reviews but my experience with Premier Pools has been horrible, and I do not want anyone else to go through the same ordeal. I have waited three years to write this review to be as thorough as possible and as fair as possible. My review is not meant to bad mouth the business but rather help other homeowners choose the right contractors.

Once ther is an issue with the build it is nearly impossible to get a call back.

There has been no follow up for the issues brought to Premier’s attention once the last payment was made. Too bad our experience wasn’t as nice as everyone else.

The bad gift that keeps on giving:

It was great a representative contacted me concerning my issues however no one has contacted us to correct the work that was done wrong. My account was paid in full in Sept and this morning they charged my personal credit card $15,699.02 because I had the same first name as another customer.

I’m not sure how much worse it can get.
