Ryan Pieszchala and his company Quest Pools receive my highest recommendation. When I called looking for a bid with my very specific requests of a pool large enough for kids to enjoy, small enough to be heated and cooled year round with a Fastlane installed for lap swimming, he told me he could do it. He did not try to convince me what I really wanted, based on what he was most comfortable doing, as another company tried to do. He was open that he had not installed a Fastlane before, rather another brand of swim jet, but he was willing to work with Endless Pools, manufacturer of the Fastlane, and make it work. The whole project went on schedule with exceptional quality. Also included was a spa. The brick and travertine needed to match our existing house and patio. Ryan went through several designs with us. When we had another idea, he was willing to discuss it, and be straight-forward with us on whether he thought it was a wise idea or not and the reasons why. We now have an awesome pool and spa, that fits with our house as if it was put in with the house. I have swum laps in 40 degree weather and 95 degree weather, with the pool temperature at my preferred 81 degrees in either case. I can’t get better than that! In addition, my electric and gas bills don’t shock me since installing the pool, which was another requirement from the start of the project.

Also, worth noting, Ryan comes back after the project is completed. I have called, text, and emailed questions on how to work controls or to check on something related to the pool/spa/Fastlane/chiller/heater and he is always willing to help. I am quite confident that if you choose to have Quest Pools install your pool, you will be very satisfied with the process and final product.

Ryan is very genuine and easy to work with. He listened to our needs and designed a pool within our budget using high quality materials. His construction bid was detailed…there was no guesswork as to what he would provide. He was very thorough in all the elements of the pool from equipment to services. Post construction, he stands by his work and is always available to answer questions promptly. He made the building process seamless and met his schedule. Would build with him again without hesitation.

Ryan was incredible from start to finish. During our first meeting, Melissa and I gave a general description of what we wanted in our back yard and within days, he took our general ideas and designed a beautiful outdoor living area. After only a couple very minor modifications, we had a design our entire family was excited about. He also made recommendations that allowed us the option to add wonderful features like our in-floor cleaning system. Additionally, he gave us options but we never felt pressure from him to accept additional features….the value we got was worth every penny. When the construction process started, Ryan did a great job of keeping all trades on track and kept us well informed every step of the way. If weather issues or anything similar delayed a part of our project, Ryan let us know and provided alternatives to get everything back on track. Open communication and well-managed expectations made this a wonderful experience. Finally, our pool and back yard has been a wonderful addition to our home that has gotten much use and enjoyment. We have enthusiastically encouraged others to consider Ryan and Quest Pools and will continue to do so without reservation!

Our experience with Quest pools was exceptional. When I began to research pool companies, Ryan and Quest pools were the number one referral from neighbors. From the moment he initially met with us, the customer service provided and attention to detail was outstanding. The pool project he created for us fit our home aesthetic and our entertaining life style to perfection. The pool and extension of our outdoor kitchen was so perfect and seamless, it looks as if it was built during our original building process.

Also, I would like to add that the contractors Quest pools employs are honestly some of the best and most meticulous crews I’ve ever seen and we’ve been through two home builds. I honestly don’t have the words to describe Ryan and his company. He is perfection in the pool business. He is so nice, funny, honest, legit, efficient, AMAZING dude!
Our pool from start to finish took 30 days and that was with a snag on our part and rain delays! Omg! Are you kidding me?! And the price was outstanding! My husband and are thrilled with the whole process of building a pool with Ryan. We took our time choosing who we wanted to build and made the right choice. Ryan was always available, quick to respond, ahead of schedule and honest. We love the way our pool looks and would hire Ryan and Quest if we were to build another pool. There were no surprises. When we had issues with our gas company, Ryan helped navigate those issues as well. We highly recommend Quest.

We were incredibly pleased with the entire process of working with Ryan and Quest Pools. He was able to incorporate all of the features we wanted in our pool, and even features that we had no idea existed like in floor cleaning system, color LED lighting, and energy efficient dedicated consumer pump configuration. We can say that we have had ZERO issues with our pool since start-up, and that our family has enjoyed it more than we would have ever imagined.

While the final product is fantastic, working with Ryan and his team through the construction process was even more satisfying. Despite rain days 4 weeks of our project, Quest was still able to complete the entire process in 6 weeks as originally scheduled, quite impressive for an outdoor construction project.

Ryan has my vote not because he builds awesome pools but because how much he cares about his work and customers. We are first home buyers with a pool. The other day he came by to give us a quick training on the pool equipment and how to properly maintain the pool. Earlier this week, we got hands on involved in cleaning the pool, while opening one of the vacuum waste collection pit, the cover got stuck at an angle and we couldn’t properly close it. I called a pool maintenance company near by and they gave me a quote of $125 just to show up and also told me in these cases, they may have to break the cover and install a new one (easy another $200-$300 of expense). Then I called Ryan.. he simply came in right way, and opened the jammed cover in a minute and with a smile and said if you have any issues in the future just call me. How much did I pay him? $0. Ryan Pieszchala, owner of Quest Pools, gets our recommendation. When researching pool builders in our area, his name kept coming up again and again. We have friends who have recently had pools built by Ryan, and those who’ve been enjoying their pools for almost ten years. They are all still happy, satisfied customers. There are tons of builders in the West Houston metro area, but to find one with a superb product and one who stands behind his work after the final payment, is a rarer find.
