It is nice to see that others have had a great experience with Sandals however, our experience has been horrible, and we feel very cheated. Trent and his workers started this project but then as time went by, it became very clear that our project was being put on the back burner due to other projects. We contacted Sandals pools way before Covid was an issue and signed a contract in March 2020 to be completed in 3 months. It has been a full year and the job has never been completed. We started to notice that we saw less and less of Trent and eventually less of the project manager as well as the workers. After many attempts to contact them, we would get two or three random individuals that did not know what to do on the project and needed direction. The pool was eventually installed 6 months later but everything around it such as the pool deck sealant and caulking, proper grading, drainage (that actually drained), retaining wall and a few other things were not completed. We were supposed to get a pool vacuum and other items per the contact and never did. In the process, two of our large trees that Trent relocated himself died due to their negligence and were never replaced as promised. We always made our installment payments on time but all we kept getting were reasons as to why the guys were not there and the key phrase “I’m Sorry”. Weeks would go by without a word from anyone. We never got an update unless we actually called for one and we surely never knew when they would be back to complete their job. Trash was left in our yard until we called them about it. No one would show up for days at a time even if it wasn’t raining. To make matters worse, we had them build a retaining wall for us, but the wall had to be redone by someone else because of the poor job that their workers did. Even our neighbors noticed the poor construction. This is just a brief description of our experience with Sandals. There is so much more to state that would express our disappointment with this company. We later found out on Better Business Bureau and other pool contractors that we were not the only people that this had happened too. Make sure to ask around about them. This seems to be their reputation that some may know about. Unfortunately for us, we found out too late.

Sandals luxury pools built my amazing custom pool and I can not say enough about it or the Sandals team. Custom built, custom designed by Trent and truly hand crafted with a raised beam, two water features, bubblers, amazing tanning ledge custom coping and decking and a Spa with a water feature spillover, it truly is a resort in my own backyard My daughters have spent hours and hours enjoying our awesome pool and all their friends always want to come over to our house, which is exactly why my wife and I built our pool. Custom designed and built took time but I would not change a thing especially seeing my family enjoy what was created. Highly recommended! I strongly recommend Trent and his team to build your custom pool.

We met with 4-5 pool builders prior to hiring Trent with Sandals. We had a new construction home with a difficult backyard. We had a large slope in the rear of the house with drainage issues, and the house was not truly a “walkout:”, it dropped about 2 feet off a rear deck to the yard. Most of the pool builders would not listen, they wanted to build what they wanted to build, or said it couldn’t be done, or were priced through the roof. Trent was able to transform our yard with some pretty amazing creativity. We have a sunken cabana, that overlooks the pool, and on the other side of the cabana wall are 4 stools in the pool. A zero entry-step off, enough shallow area to lounge in, and a deep hole for our kids to jump in.
The stone work is great- we got a very detailed fireplace/stone kitchen in the cabana. Trent paid attention to drainage issues, and diverted all our gutters underground.
His landscapers he works with were great also, I will also review them. For the work that was done, they were priced fairly: and there was an extensive amount of landscaping done.
Trent was patient, worked with me on pools specs and equipment, and throughout the process it felt like he wanted to build what we wanted. We built during a very challenging time, it rained for nearly 5 months, monsoon like rain, but he eventually got it done.

Trent even did the digging and grading himself…he is very skilled with heavy machinery. After each process, he confirmed that we were happy prior to proceeding with the next phase.

I cant recommend Trent and his crew highly enough. Anyone that needs a pool MUST call him- he never nickel and dimed us, was honest through the process, and made changes on the fly during the process that overall improved the outcome of the backyard transformation.

Extremely happy with our approximately 34’x20′ freeform pool and 7′ diameter raised spa built by Sandals Luxury Pools. The workmanship was fantastic from day 1 and has held up wonderfully over the 16 months since the pool/spa were finished. Trent provided fantastic customer support, great recommendations on material selection, and designed a wonderful pool/spa combo.

Trent did a wonderful job with our dream pool! We were impressed from the beginning with his vision and creativity. We had a very blank area with a large hill where he was able to create and build a 10ft waterfall/slide and an expansive entertainment space complete with a 10ft fireplace and 10+ seat fire pit. With his eye for detail and meticulous nature he was able to carry out a flawless end product. Just like with any big project there were issues but nothing that Trent wasn’t 100% on top of and quick to resolve and make right. We would refer him to any of our friends and family!

Sandals Luxury Pools just completed a total renovation. Trent is very professional and knowledgeable. He walks you through the entire process from quote to completion. He advises you along the way in helping choose the best stones and colors. He provides a high quality product for the most reasonable price. Contractors are usually hard to reach- not the case with Trent. Give him a call for your pool project. He’s already doing a new pool for a neighbor after seeing what he did with mine.

From day one Trent was honest, trustworthy and a man of his word. He went above and beyond his responsibilities to help us work with the county and our unique permitting situation. Trent came by our house daily to work, or check on the progress of the pool.

Sandals Pools did an excellent job refinishing our pool. We had gotten quotes from other Pool companies around Atlanta and they had the best pricing and different options available other than just the Pebble tech brand. The stone coping is beautiful and we absolutely love the color of the Pool now that it is refinished. It is a Beautiful Caribbean Blue. Looks like the ocean water at Destin! The previous builder painted the pool Black and it looked horrible. Trent and his crew were fast and efficient and got the job done for us before pool season started. I would definitely recommend Sandals Luxury Pools!

Sandals was a great company to work with. Trent had some great ideas which he rolled out and demonstrated using digital images and videos.
His years of experience was demonstrated through value added design changes, continues suggestions and improvements during construction.
Throughout the planning stages, Trent suggest various shapes and sizes that would fit perfectly into the yard and complimented the home.
Once complete our new pool transformed our yard from a pasture to a relaxing retreat enjoyed by friends and family and the kids love it.

I am the owner of DJ’S Creations. I have been hired by Sandals several times to do fence work. I have installed wood privacy and black metal fencing for Trent. He has always been professional and very courteous to me. Even when a curve ball was thrown and I had to reschedule. He then has to explain to the customer, and I know from experience that is not always an easy thing to have to do.
