Called them for a new pool estimate since they are local to me, no one answer the call in a normal business hours and I left a message. Nobody called me back, I called again and this time I was lucky to get the owner himself (Brian) who made an appointment. He did not show up, called them furious to inquire if anyone will show up that day to discover that office was closed and no one answer the phone. No one called to cancel or to re-schedule, called again for the third time to get an answer, they asked me to give my information and that Brian will give a call. Never received a call from him or anybody else for that matter, called for the fourth time and they said that he is busy with another call and that he will give me a call once he finish but he never did. Glad that all happened, because that got me to check his clients rating and opinions to discover how bad he is in communicating and how poor jobs he did for them. So much for trying to help local business!!!
