Over all Service was ok. They were responsive to my calls and questions. Plaster was not clearly described and now I’m not pleased with the roughness to the bottom of my pool. I went thru several issues and they were patient to wait and even split the cost. I added some upgrades in the process and the price of those seemed high. They work about 12 days and it took them 10 weeks to complete. When you are in the process it seems like a lot of Idle time. This is a cocktail pool with a grotto of approximate $45,000.

We will have enjoyed our pool for two years in August. We have been pleased with the pool and with the responses from Unique Reflections when we’ve had any questions.
The pool design fits perfectly into our backyard and is a great place to entertain family and friends which happens most weekends. I refer to our backyard as my wife’s private club – Club Janet.
