Mark is the definition of superior customer service. Throughout the inception, design, and construction phase of our project he constantly reached out to assist and provide support if needed. He went above and beyond expectations when coordinating efforts with permitting/HOA approvals and subcontractor management efforts. Mark seemingly works around the clock and makes the customer a priority when he has a multiple of functions and projects. More than anything Mark displays great integrity and transparency when guiding the customer with vendors in which they utilize for additions outside of the pool construction and options available which meet budgetary requirements. I would build and commit to future projects through Platinum Pools solely for Marks involvement.

The process of designing a pool is not an easy one, especially when family members have different visions of what the pool should look like. Mark was a critical partner for us during the design process – offering suggestions and practical advice for options for us to consider. His experience was invaluable during the process. He shared examples of client projects they’ve completed and offered multiple solutions for our backyard space. He completed countless revisions to ensure our family was happy with the final design and was patient with us to make final decisions for the project. We have completed the design process, so will update once the build is complete, but thus far Mark Wyner has been amazing to work with.
