Fire Water Pools did a fine job as far as installation and pricing is concerned. The saving grace to their company as far as we are concerned is Steve Lubbers. He went above and beyond in making sure that things were completed and done correctly. After the pool was done, he also kept in contact – remember, this was during the great freeze, Uri – to try and get back up and running again when we lost parts due to the freeze. The only reason I give it a four star instead of a five is because of the problems we had with supplies and weather but that wasn’t Fire Water’s issue. Yes, I would recommend them to anyone wanting to put a pool in their backyard.

Steve at Fire water pools was phenomenal to work with! He really understood our vision and kept us on the right track in getting there! The pool looks beautiful thanks to his suggestions!! He was always accommodating and responsive.
