I’m a homeowner, not a designer or builder. The experience with Riverbend has been so disappointing. They had poor communication, constant mess ups, provided misleading information, unorganized.. the list goes on. Because of these mishaps, my husband and I had to rush and leave work on several occasions to discuss with the project manager yet another mess up of theirs. After you sign on the dotted line, your sales guy stops answering. After you talk to upper management about the issues, they’ll just threaten you. If we were to build another pool in the future I would not choose Riverbend. Homeowners beware!

Three years ago we had Riverbend Sandler to design and build a custom pool with water features and a table rock waterfall. We also use them for weekly pool service. They are a top notch company and very professional. They have a beautiful showroom that displays everything they provide for pools, outdoor kitchens and living areas. Their service is impeccable and there is always someone available for customer service whether it is a maintenance issue, problem or an additional purchase at their pool store. We have been very happy with our pool and there have been no problems with it. Our experience has been excellent from working with the knowledgeable and experienced designer to the neat,clean construction crews to the weekly service employees. I would highly recommend them and I will use them when we build our next house and pool.

Our Pool project was completed in July of 2019. We are enjoying your first spring with our pool and have to commend our Project Manager , James Antonio and our Design Consultant, Eric Norris on the great job they did. We had so many questions and changes throughout the project and they were able to meet all of our needs and requests. Building a pool can be stressful and we found that working with a large company like Riverbend made the process easier. Thank you James and Eric for the great quality work!

As a business owner, I’m so shocked how poorly this company operates. I’ve never worked with a more dishonest contractor in my life. There was poor customer service and communications throughout the process. Seemed like no one in the company knew what was going on with our build. They took an extra 4 months than promised to complete. They also made us foot random bills for work they promised to cover as they had to correct several of their mistakes. Working with companies like this gives good contractors a bad stigma. It’s best to stay clear of Riverbend, do not make the same mistake as I did.

We moved into a home with a pool. The pool was built in 1983 and definitely needed help. Their renovation consultant was very professional. He helped guide us through materials and equipment options. I am anxiously awaiting summer so that I can enjoy our pool. Thank you Riverbend!
