Rondo constructed our pool which looks beautiful and operates wonderfully. The previous owner of our house said great things about their customer service and professionalism. My service experience has been atrocious. Unresponsive to over two months of my requests relating to our lights. Prickly customer service. I’ve never felt compelled to write a poor review about a service provider, but I believe it’s important for others to be aware of potential customer service issues after the pool has been constructed. I hope I’m the only one whose had this experience.

When my husband and I made the decision to build a pool, we wanted to do something custom that fit our taste and something that would improve the value of our home. After meeting with Rondo’s designer, we asked for help with creating a “backyard oasis” for our family to enjoy. They were able to take that idea and create something beautiful that truly blew us away! They were upfront on how long it would take to get started and finish the project. The craftsmanship and quality of their work is remarkable. One example was how Rondo spent roughly 2 weeks hand carving the flagstone that is the coping around our pool. The self-cleaning system they install in all of their pools has made the maintenance a breeze. We rarely have to brush our pool and have never had to use a vacuum! I would definitely recommend Rondo Pools for someone that is willing to pay a little more money for a better quality built pool.

After restoring our home in the historic district of downtown Franklin, one thing was missing… a pool. With limited space, we worried if having a pool was possible. We shared our idea with Steve Rondeau and our dream became a reality! The process was smooth from start to finish and Steve delivered in every way. Our pool was finished on time and on budget! The end result exceeded our expectations!!

Our initial experience with the owner (Steve) and his sales person (Dana) was positive and the vision that Steve displayed about our project was exciting. So much that we encouraged several of our neighbors to move forward with this company. I have to say that it went down hill from there. We were asked to sign a contract and pay 10% down on a place holder contract that had very little detail. My wife and I requested a meeting to review specifics about the project and pushed for a detailed proposal and have documented emails with confirmation about specifics that were included in the pricing. After handing over a check we only received 2 e-mails from anyone at this company over the next 3 months. At our next meeting the cost started to spiral out of control. Steve acknowledged that there were several errors in the original proposal but now the price would be 12% higher. My wife and I decided to cancel our contract based on the experience we have had with this business, but now the business is refusing to give us a full refund. They are going to keep $2500 of our deposit. We feel that we have encountered a very common bait and switch. Our fear is that if we move forward with this company the cost will continue to increase. I caution anyone wanting to move forward with this business.
