Nick did a wonderful job listening to us on design and budget. He really advised us on what would add value versus not much added value. The pool was completed on schedule even with the remnants of 3 hurricanes rolling through after we began. His installers were great and very considerate. He and Josh to this day are a huge help to this home owner and answer any of my silly questions with patience and kindness.

Rarely am I truly satisfied with a purchase / a project / or really anything, but I was completely satisfied and thoroughly impressed with our amazing custom pool built by Nick and Basin. They designed something truly custom and unique for our space, and after seeing the 3D images and comparing it to the completed pool, it truly turned out exactly how we wanted, and importantly expected. We couldn’t be happier with our beautiful pool. Nick was great to work with, easy to communicate with, and a overall a great manager of the various steps through out the process. If we ever move, which frankly speaking would be hard because of our amazing pool build, I would definitely work with Nick and Basin again.

From Day 1, Nick was incredibly thoughtful and customer focused. From the design, to construction, to hand off, he delivered nothing but the best quality and customer service. Our project was completed on time despite some headwinds with weather and subcontractor delays, but Nick always found ways to get things back on track. We couldn’t be more pleased with our pool and can’t wait to use it every day starting this upcoming spring.

Nick with Basin Pools is a true expert in his field. His designs are fresh and unique but timeless. Nick thought of designs that we never would have thought of and our final product is gorgeous. Our project was on schedule and on budget which is an extra plus to having a beautiful final product.
