We love our new pool! We had a 4-ton waterfall, 2 fire pits, a hot tub, landscaping and irrigation installed. Our back yard was a barren dump, but Backyard Luxuries turned it into an oasis! The fire pits are awesome and I highly recommend installing a pair. The hot tub is beautiful and very spacious. My family and I had an awesome weekend relaxing in our pool and this is the best investment I ever made. As with any contractor, make sure you sit down and review the designs with the project manager prior to any work. Review pictures, layouts, diagrams, placements, etc. At our request, Zach’s team updated the waterfall and installed different fire pits, after construction on these items was finished, to our liking and that is hard to find anywhere else!

They take no responsibility to deliver agreed upon design within agreed upon schedule. We are 12 weeks into our 3 week project and have not had any communication for the past 3 weeks. Integrity is also an issue as they did not oversee all aspects of the project. A major part of our design was done incorrectly while the project manager was out of town. They have not rectified the situation.
