Terrible, Terrible, Terribel, the company is not reliable. If you’re ant to over pay then I suggest you contact this company. I caught them several time saying they came to clean my pool and they were nowhere to be seen on my cameras. They charge a monthly service fee that is not inclusive of the actual cleaning. The owner is not professional.Overall I give them 1 star rating for poor service and poor customer service.

The company has nice representatives, however the people employed to service the pool are incredibly unreliable. If they showed up at all it was incredible. They barely ever showed up on the day they are supposed. They nearly destroyed my pool pump 3 different times by leaving the lid loose/off thus running dry. Went through 3 different pool techs over the course of a few years with them. Would have left them sooner, but my own laziness got the best of me.
