Our dream backyard is finally coming together, thanks to Omega Pools! Jimmy and Bobby did excellent, in starting the process and putting everything that we described in our vision come to life! Gustavo made sure that the construction process went by smoothly and efficient. Our Pool turned out absolutely amazing thanks to Omega, I would highly suggest them to anyone wanting a pool!
We HIGHLY recommend Omega Pools! We built with them 18 months ago and had little to no delay on our construction once the contract was signed. Bobby, the owner was our designer and lead contact. The sub contractors Omega works with are courteous and respectful of property. These guys work HARD!!! Post construction, Omega came to help with all of our questions and repair a minor caulking issue. They continue to make themselves available for questions. This company is PROFESSIONAL to work with. If you are considering building a pool they are worth the wait to get on their calendar. Do not take a chance with another company. I have heard terrible stories of pool construction going wrong over these past Covid months. I would ONLY build again with Omega if we were to move and build another pool.
We are picky customers and always take our time to do some research and comparisons. We immediately had a good contact with Jimmy who in no time put our design on his laptop so we were able to imagine how the reality would look like. Already the day after he gave us prices and showed us some examples of pools they have built. Because of circumstances we wanted Omega to start building the pool a month earlier than planned. Jimmy did some calls and 3 days later the excavation started! During the whole process there was Armando who supervised the crew and who stayed in close contact with us. He is amazing!! When we had doubts about two colors to choose, he immediately brought us to two pools who had those colors so that we could made the decision easily. With any question or concern we had he responded immediately. Often he sended some of his crew to double check if everything is okay. With his technical knowledge and fast actions he kept us relaxed and happy during the whole proces and still now after everything is done!

From the initial meeting where you see your backyard come to life from the computer 3-D design, to the final day and Pool School & you get to jump in! One of the best experiences I had in a construction / renovation. Extreme care in explaining each step of pool construction and in giving examples of how each change could impact the final design. The Project Manager Armando was instrumental in setting the expectations for the next steps and the finishing was impeccable. I really recommend Omega Pools to my friends and they sure will be the ones to build my next pool.
Omega Pools did a wonderful job on our pool. They were very receptive to our suggestions and they were able to incorporate the features we wanted. The designers also offered their own suggestions and tweaks that made our suggestions even better. The builders and contractors were fabulous also. They worked quickly and neatly, and were easily able to overcome any weather related delays. The finished product is better than we hoped it would be. We now use the backyard as a year round entertainment area. A perfect addition to our home!

Jimmy, Armando & the Omega team were a pleasure to work with. Jimmy totally understood what we were looking for and presented design in a timely manner, not pushy and very responsive to queries. Loved that Jimmy suggested and arranged for us to view 3 of their recent projects – he came with us, we didn’t feel rushed, v knowledgeable on all questions, also handled HOA application. Armando managed the construction and kept us informed at every stage, gave great advice choosing materials and in pool school. We didn’t encounter any problems with Omega and can thoroughly recommend them!

We went with Omega to build our pool at our new home in Bridgeland. After meeting with several pool companies in the area, we chose Omega as they made us feel comfortable, and took us around to several other recently completed pools in the area that looked amazing.
The process was very easy, and they kept in constant communication with us at all times to keep us updated on progress. We were so impressed with how clean they kept the surrounding area as well during the process. All of the crews were also very friendly and professional.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed working with Omega Pools. We had 3 pool companies give us bids and not one of them was as friendly, nor did the other 2 provide the service that Omega was committed to providing at the same price. Jimmy Doran was EXECELLENT to work with for the design and Armando and his construction crew were FANTASTIC! Not only were they polite but we really appreciated that they cleaned up our backyard at the end of every work day to leave it in the best possible condition. They were AWESOME with neighbors and promptly replaced sprinklers and grass so our neighbors would not be put out by our pool construction. I have already recommended them to friends and will continue to! I am so grateful we were recommended to Omega! COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED!!!!!

Had nothing but a great experience with Omega Pools. They were available 24×7 to answer questions and help us. They even take you around to see materials in use before you make your selections so you can really get a feel for decking, look of tile or stone and even the color of your pool finishes. I highly recommend using them!
