you are like us, and did your pool company research before deciding on a pool company for your design and build, then please stop to carefully read all the wonderful things we encountered with this company, and to also note there is not one single negative thing I have to say about this company.

First of all, we met with Tim, their sales person. We found him highly reliable and dependable. He showed up on time for every single appointment, he returned every email, phone call and text in a timely fashion. We found him extremely personable and friendly. He really took the time to sit with us to understand what it is that we wanted in our design, and then worked on the initial design. Afterwards, he sat with us and carefully reviewed the design, and spent countless hours helping us to edit and make the modifications in the design to completely ensure the design was exactly what we wanted, right down to viewing countless images of pool colors with us to help us select the perfect p

Designed and Installed inground swimming pool and screened enclosure. The end result was beautiful. The path to get there was a little rough. The design process was great, personnel were friendly. Installation was trying; pool was installed on a slope, dirt from pool dig was to be used to level ground for pool deck. Amount of dirt needed was underestimated (by nine large dump truck loads). Palace did cut a deal on cost. Even after showing me the gas line for my house during excation, they manged to cut through it, and then claimed they didn’t know it was there. Evacuation of surrounding houses and several fire and rescue trucks later, they were back on track. Ordered brown tiles for pool, came home to find fourescent blue ones installed. Then had to argue with them to come back out and fix it. Told us they have never made that mistake before and we must have oredered blue ones. Showed them the invoice, correct tiles were installed. I don’t appreciate anyone questioning my integrity and shouldn’t have to argue with a contractor every time the make a mistake. If they just admitted they were wrong and told me how they were going to fix it. I would have no issues at all. Accidents happen. Bottom-line, the company installs great looking pools and uses only top quality equipment. I have had no issues with the pool in eight years. Customer service was, however, lacking.
