We had problems from the start with this company. We hired them for a full pool & deck remodel. Communication is the biggest problem – they do not respond in a timely manner or tell you when workers will be at your property. The owner was rude and condescending. They measured incorrectly. The project took twice as long as they said it would. Workers would not show up for days. They paved over sprinkler heads and refuse to fix the problem – paying for it ourselves to be finished with this company.

Total waste of $$$ and time. Shoddy job. Owners were argumentative,aggressive and non-responsive (even to subs). Marcite was not cured properly, leaving dark spots. Pavers were ruined. Cool deck is pealing and cracking. Patio furniture was ruined by tossing- fabric was torn. Job site was a mess! Never met a deadline- totally rude (when they ever answered a call). Never,ever use this company. I’ll re-do once I have the $$$.
