Pure Design worked tirelessly with us to create a backyard atmosphere that fit our family perfectly. They were readily available to answer any and all questions, and really listened to us. They provided a highly personalized level of service and were hands on throughout our entire project. You will be kept up to date on the progress of the project through a scheduling/messaging app; this app was also used as a constant stream of communication between ourselves and the owners. As with building a home, there are always minor issues that come up. Pure Design responded quickly with appropriate solutions to any issues we experienced.
