I am a landscape architect who has worked with Pure Water pools for about a decade now. They always do a really wonderful job. They work hard to carry out the design intent beautifully. What I enjoy most is the collaboration. Sometimes we end up with a difficult design or challenging site and it is so nice to be able to work out the design issues with them up front in the design process. I would highly recommend them and look forward to our next project together.

wish I could give them a zero. I initially read the positive reviews, but looking back those are from many years ago. Not sure if there’s been a change in management, but these guys are total flakes. Came out and gave me a quote, cashed my $1000 deposit check and now crickets. They cashed my check in may, its now late November… and nada! My initial contact person disappeared, then someone else stepped in and seemed like he could carry the torch, but just empty promises. There are tons of pool companies out there, don’t waste your time with these flakes and their fake photos on their website.
