Reaves is simply the best–honest, organized and knowledgeable. Everything went extremely well and RCS was always planning one-step ahead to ensure the process went as smoothly as possible.

We were most impressed with the commitment to exceeding expectations. One month after the pool was filled with water, we had a leak. It turned out that the landscapers had unknowingly damaged the pool plumbing. Reaves responded immediately, found the issue and made the repair. Additionally, he noticed a piece of stone on the coping that was not consistent with the others. He proactively had the mason out to repair it.

We could not be more thrilled with RCS Pool and Spa. From the initial plan to design with David (who has an unbelievable eye and extensive knowledge of design and logistics) to our final walk-through, our experience with RCS was beyond exceptional. RCS delivered with the finest quality and professionalism. We have to add that we are not the easiest clients- Extremely particular, to say the least. We will sing the praises of Reaves and his entire team a million times over and highly recommend to anyone remotely considering putting in a pool.

RCS transformed my backyard!

We have an unusually shaped backyard with a severe slope taking up over half of of the surface space. Dave & Reeves were able to provide us a sanctuary that far exceeded our expectations in function and aesthetics. This is the first construction project in which the process & the finished product surpassed even our most optimistic outlook. We now not only have a backyard that will provide our family tons of enjoyment for many years to come, but it is incredibly pretty back there!!!

Reaves was excellent! We had a nightmare with the first pool guy – he took the money and ran. Reaves came in, gave us a project schedule, fair price and stuck to it.

We are so happy with our pool and the service we received from the guys at RCS. They supervised the job all the way and showed up when they said they would. Their subcontractors were top notch as well and they even hand-held us through the learning process of owning a pool. We enclosed the entire pool area with a screen room and RCS worked very well with the other contractor coordinating the build with them. We have a salt pool and couldn’t be happier with it! There is minimal maintenance and that’s a big plus. I highly recommend RCS to anyone who is designing and installing a pool.

The project was an awesome success and well exceeded our expectations. The pool is absolutely beautiful, including the unique waterfall designed just for us. It is very obvious this company loves what they do in designing and building swimming pools. It is completely everything we wanted! Thank you Reaves so much for your attention to detail in building us exactly our dream pool. We just love every part of it, even the colors of the stone on the deck match the house and look so nice. All the contractors who worked on the pool were very professional and the best at what they do. We were so impressed by their diligence in every part of the process.

Excellent customer service! We absolutely love our pool and can’t keep the visitors away. The owner of the company, Reaves, was always very attentive, professional, and prompt in replying to any inquires we had. He was even present at the worksite many times to ensure everything was done properly, and he always kept us in the loop at every step of the process. He was very accessible and easy to communicate with. As for the quality of the construction, we are extremely pleased. The pool is just beautiful and we are constantly getting compliments from friends, family, and neighbors. Our kids practically live in this pool!!
