If i could rate him zero stars I would. I hired him for what he said would be an 8 to 10 week job. We are currently sitting at 39 weeks and the job is not complete. It took about 27 weeks for construction to be complete, but he has not been back on site to finish a punch list of about 12 items since I put water in the pool. We now have algae growing in the pool because he never came back to put the salt in the pool. He still hasn’t brought the vacuum/cleaner polaris that was paid for as part of the project. He lied to my face more times than i care to remember. His excuse is always he feels bad and gives inaccurate timelines because he wants to do better. The only way you can get him to come to work is to threaten him with a lawsuit. This guy shouldn’t be allowed to build a doghouse. His website on his business card doesn’t exist. His email doesn’t exist. Do yourself a favor and never hire him to work on anything!!!!!!!!!! I have every text message we ever sent between us. I’ld be more than happy to share if anyone wants to see how bad it was.

Ryan Duncan, of South Eastern Pools, was one of the most unprofessional pool installers that I have ever worked with. He has a habit of promising the world and not delivering. His product was unprofessional and when we asked for PebbleTech he installed a completely different product.

After threat of lawsuit Ryan came out in January 2016 to install the pool heater. Later in January Ryan Duncan, came out to deliver the controller, after we discovered that it has never been connected.
As of March 7, 2016, Ryan has not installed the salt system in our pool or put salt in it even though the contract calls for it.
