I made several agreements, directly with Daniel Henderson-Tile and Masonary ROC #165089 and #191093, for upgrades around my house. Originally the upgrades consisted of new pool tiles and travertine floors, and a spa remodel. Then I had some flagstone repairs on a balcony and a new travertine walkway to the front door and a driveway repair.

Daniel despite always needing money and at times collecting ahead of his progress, he did perform with the pool work, but did not complete the work per our agreement in other parts of the house. Left collecting his progress money before the work was inspected by him and his workers never came back to finish the work as we agreed, in writing.

Although, a jolly and know it all individual, he may not be well capitalized and is not a good planner. When he picks up a bigger job than yours, he pulls everyone off to the next one.
