After calling a few companies we decided to go with teserra for our backyard artificial turf, we have 3 year old and wanted something for him to play on since our backyard was mostly Desert landscaping, a few of the reasons we chose to go with teserra was their quality and pricing, and of course the sales man – Brock Berry- that we dealt with was very good at explaining the process and material being used, after we decided to go further Brock made it very easy for us, he submitted the proposal to our hoa and got our approval instantly, he was at our property when the crew came to work to make sure everything we wanted would be delivered, he came to the property after it was finished to make sure it was perfect. We could not have asked for a better experience, which is confusing considering some of the reviews posted on here. Thank you Brock and teserra, we will be referring you to all of our friends and neighbors

This companies customer service department is anything but service. As a customer I have had very little success getting them to commit to schedules, follow up on promised phone calls and just plain professional service.
My pool leak detection and repair project started in October 2017. It is still not completed in December. I have been handed off to multiple sub contractors, some of which never showed up. Teserra claims to be short handed and incapable of keeping up with the workload. I have finally given up on expecting anything to be done by them.

From the moment we met Kenny, we knew we were going with Teserra. As we described our wish list for our yard…he listened intently and immediately began filling it in, fleshing it out, giving suggestions, options, creative thoughts about our space….he made it come to life for us as he described what they were going to do in exacting detail…to make our dream yard a reality for our family. We couldn’t wait to sign our contract!!

Kenny designed our project, brought drawings and even had a professional artist do a video rendering of our job so we could better understand the elevations and scope of each element. The design was and is “Award Winning”!!

I have nothing but praise for Gary, our project foreman. Garys reassuring presence daily at our job site…allowed for us to ask questions, seek advice and benefit from his many, many, many years of building pools and outdoor spaces as we began selecting our stone, tile, pebbletech, concrete colors, coping material, etc… Gary’s calm, steady demeanor is exactly what we needed during such a giant undertaking.

Edmundo and his crew….the tile, stone, retention wall builders…are TOP notch!! They worked steady from 7:00 am to 4:00 everyday…until our retention walls, firepit, flagstone, stairs, coping were done and absolutely perfect!! No disappearing act for days at a time from these guys, just solid, steady, work until it was done.

I am beyond grateful we selected Teserra Outdoor Living for our project. I highly recommend them and would gladly show our yard off to anyone considering hiring Teserra.

Graham was exceptionally helpful in assisting us in transforming our dream outdoor environment into reality. He and Teserra not only crafted a design to exceed our expectations, but executed the design to perfection. This project was the fourth for us and was clearly the best experience we have ever had. Teserra outperformed from our first meeting with Graham to our most recent encounter, three months after delivery. A Saturday email to Julio regarding a leak in our irrigation system produced a Teserra representative to our door in under 30 minutes and a completed repair in under one hour!!! We have never experienced quality and service from start to finish and beyond, such as Teserra provides. We would never use another outdoor contractor service, as we can’t imagine how any other could be better.

Teserra and project manager, Brock Berry, is the company you want for excellence in product and service, from beginning of project design to completion and follow up on customer satisfaction. We were thoroughly impressed with all subs as well that were used for our pool, hardscape and landscape. As I saw opportunity for modifications to our job that might improve what I was lookin for in the outcome, I received a thoughtful response based on their expertise that gave me not only what I wanted, but a solution that wouldn’t compromise my yard and give me any future headaches. You may pay a little more for his company, but you get the highest quality in everything, start to finish.

We are so pleased with the quality of workmanship on our courtyard patio and yard. Adam Rodriguez is extremely easy to work with. He was able to take our ideas, develop a design plan and create our dream courtyard. First the existing landscape was removed and the project started from the ground up. Extensive use of pavers, synthetic lawn, raised stone planter beds, complete lighting of entire yard, irrigation system, palm trees, plant material in both yard and large planter pots, fireplace, and a BBQ with counters and bar. Adam checked in regularly and the project was completed on time. The neighbors are jealous and we are ok with that. With the project complete we spend more time in the outdoor space than indoors. Why go on a vacation when Teserra can create a staycation in your own yard.

Our project started out with a brilliant design created by Morrie. He is truly a treasure, an artist and designer with outstanding creativity. We had our ideas and certain restrictions presented by our lot and Morrie designed a wonderful pool and spa combination with a tanning deck. The design elements complement the natural desert and mountains beautifully. We just wondered why we waited so long to add this refreshing element when we wrapped the project up. The crew brought the project in on time and on budget. Morrie worked fastidiously to ensure the job was done on time for our deadline.

I have worked with Brock Berry of Teserra for 1.5 years, building our new pool, starting with the initial design stage, to the quoting stage, to construction, to the warranty stage. In all areas I found Brock to be very ethical and to stand by what he promises. He always answers his phone, and shows up on time for every meeting. He made sure to follow up on the small warranty work that was needed after the initial construction phase. I also found him to be extremely knowledgeable about pool design and construction. I found Teserra to be a high quality company and would hire Teserra and Brock again.

On a personal level- Teserra has done 3 of my yards over the years and they are always professional and reliable. I have never been anything but thrilled with the finished product or my experience. They have always gone the extra mile to ensure complete satisfaction from beginning to end, including customer service.
On a professional level- I am an interior designer for a new home builder and I have worked with Teserra for years. For the past few years I have worked with Daniel as he meets with all of my clients to deliver the yard of their dreams, from landscaping to complete yards including pools, spas, BBQ s, fire-pits, fountains etc.
I have worked with other companies but I will always highly recommend Teserra!

Teserra and the entire staff are awesome. They exceeded expectations at every turn. They were responsive, thorough, pricing was competitive and they have been exceedingly patient as I learned all of the electronics and related pool, sprinkler and other systems. The end product was also spectacular. Of their many great qualities if I had to pick two they are their attention to detail and insuring I was comfortable with each step of the project – before they did the work. I wish I were building another house so I could use them again.
