Very helpful explaining the latest improvements and advantages of Hotspring Spas. I’ve been back to the store 3 times since my purchase and each time have given me explainations and tips for keeping my spa in excellent condition. They take the time to fully explain and demonstrate on spas in the store how I should be maintaining my spa. I’m completely satisfied every time I leave the store that my questions have been answered to my satisfaction. My wife and I would not hesitate to recommend The Hot Tub Store to anyone in the market for a new spa or as a place to go to get your spa questions answered.

My husband and I came in and was helped immediately by Nancy. She was so informative about all the spa’s. The number one thing I appreciated the most was that she wasn’t trying to make a sale. She wanted to help us get exactly what we wanted and didn’t push us. Spa’s can be pricy and we were hesitant to buy until she helped us with a financing option that we were comfortable with. That sealed the deal for us. She broke everything down as far as cost, went over how to maintain the spa, and told us to call the store if we had any questions whatsoever which we did several times. The delivery service was excellent and very professional, they made sure we were happy with where we wanted the spa and moved it a few times for us to make sure we were happy. Great guys! We couldn’t be more happy with our spa and for the excellent customer service Nancy and the store provided to us. Thank you!!!!!!!

My wife and I decided we wanted a new hot tub but it had been 10 years since I owned one and my wife had never been in one. We went into things blind not knowing what we wanted. After visiting many stores through out the Bay Area we ended up in our own backyard at the hot tub store. Dan and Nancy were very knowledgeable and answered our many questions and also assisted us in planing our project. After much research we decided on the hot springs grandee nxt. This has been the best purchase we could a have made. Our hot tub has truly changed our life. I use it daily. After a long stressful day at work I can come home and soak just for a few minutes and the stress just goes away. Thanks Nancy for helping making this the perfect buying experience.

Our first Hotspring was purchased in 1991 and was still running up to 2017 – that’s quite a run! So it was an easy decision to purchase our new Aria model. Patrick and Nick at the Rocklin store are so knowledgeable, easygoing, and took all the time we needed to answer our questions. It was hard to wait till our new model arrived, but so worth it. The delivery team was very professional and hauled away our old spa to the hot tub heaven. We are truly amazed how easy maintenance is!

Recently, my wife and I were shopping spas. We entered your store and was greeted by Bridget who offered to assist. Her knowledge of the product was obvious and she was able to sell one of the units to us., We were concerned about the amount of effort needed to maintain the unit and Bridget guaranteed us that she would assure we were experts on the spa usage and maintenance. Upon delivery Bridget has been to our house several times to check and assist in maintenance of the unit. She again stated that she would assist until we were experts……obviously a woman of her words. I feel that Bridget is a true asset to your business and a pleasure to do business with. I look forward to future communications with Bridget.

My wife and I visited the Hot Tub Store to look at Hot Springs Spa’s per a friends recommendation. We were meet by Bridget West, Sales. Bridget was very informative and helpful in our search for the right Hot Tub for us. We ended up purchasing a spa from Bridget and she was very helpful in the selection process, and making sure our experience was good all the way though to install. Bridget was fantastic. Jack from the Hot Tub Store provided our delivery and install of our Hot Tub. Jack and his crew were great. Both Bridget and Jack made this a fantastic experience from start to finish.
