I am updating my review, as I promised. A big shout out to Cody. He was very receptive and extremely helpful with all the above issues. He guided us through the remainder of the install. He did get us a refund of the money allocated for a crane that was never used. He communicated with us keeping us informed on the remainder of the install. It speaks highly of a business that takes feedback and uses it to improve their services. I saw an 100% improvement on communication, which is so important for a layperson, like myself, who knows knowing about the installation of a pool. Would I use them again…definitely!!!

We are very happy with our Pool Guyz fiberglass swimming pool. Daniel Melvin, who ran the project, was an excellent communicator and took the time to explain the project along the way with the level of details we requested. They broke ground mid-March and the pool was finished mid-April. We are happy with Daniel’s recommendation of pavers for the pool deck. We were fortunate in that our house and yard was undergoing 100% renovation so there was no chance of damage to existing landscaping. It took us 5 more months to complete the landscaping and now we could not be more pleased.

The install occurred over 8 years ago and went exceptionally well. However, over the years their customer service has progressively gotten worse. I had several cracks that required repair. They would not make the repairs and informed us that we would have to go through Viking Pool ourselves. We were told the paint would eventually fade and blend in. It has not. We got so frustrated with Viking’s inattentive attitude, we decided to live with it. As the years have progressed, and an occasional issue arose, it has become more difficult to even get a call back from the Pool Guyz let alone someone to come out. I could not recommend Pool Guyz due to what I consider terrible after sales customer service

Terrible company, terrible management and owners. They installed my spa and my pool. My spa floated out of the ground a week after they installed it, while it was full of water. No one from the pool Guyz came back to fix the issue, they sent there hardscape contractor to just put it back in the ground and the pool Guyz never came back to make sure it was done correctly. Now it has floated out of the ground again and the pool Guyz are saying it’s not a installation issue but my lawyer has already told me that this will be a easy case to win because we have pictures and videos and we will be getting a whole new spa installed correctly at the pool Guyz expense. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The owner of this company was full a where of what’s going on and no one has responded or reached out with a solution but they have my money?One of his own employees told me to sue them because they do not want to fix it or take responsibility and they have done this to serval other costumer once they have your money if you have a issue they will not respond! Buyers Beware. So be cautious of where you spend your money because I spent over $100,000k and now have to go to take them to court.

The Pool Guyz installed the day they said they would and everything went according to schedule. My backyard was a challenge since I had a very narrow side entrance between houses and quite a few city regulations with zoning and easements to deal with. The pool is beautiful and I am very pleased that everything is working properly. The Pool Guyz were very responsive to questions I had and any issues that came up. The outcome was amazing.

We are so happy with our new fiberglass pool, it’s so beautiful, and is now an oasis for my husband and I in our own back yard, from the time we met Cody who was there for us every step of the way to all of the guys who installed our pool my family would like to thank all of you, Cody, Eddie, Joe, and Arnold, you all went above and beyond, we definitely recommend “The Pool Guyz” if you are looking to have a pool installed, we have lot’s of pictures, I will post some as soon as I can figure out how, LOL!
