We had a wonderful experience with Aquapools! They gave us a pool quote and let us know ahead of time it would be around 9 months out to start the build. They ended up starting several months earlier. JP was wonderful to work with.
My pool is absolutely beautiful! Cory then came out and cleaned our pool and took us through pool school and he was super helpful! Can’t wait for all the memories we will make!
Aquamarine Pools of Texas from start to finish was quick and professional. When I started looking for a pool company, I was concerned about all of the nightmares I have heard about pool installations. The install, concrete and electrician crews answered our questions and were respectful of our concerns and property. They came out to start digging and one week later the pool was complete, with no issues.
After having another company come out and give me a quote for a new pool, I chose AquaPools. I appreciated the honesty and professionalism of my salesman Eddie. Even though we had a short wait, Aquapools was at a lower cost. We are so excited to have our new pool and can’t wait to share it with our friends. I would definitely recommend Aquamarine pools to my friends and family.
I have read horror stories about some fiberglass pool installers who are inexperienced and don’t know what they are doing. I did extensive research across multiple channels and met with several local pool builders in Austin before choosing AquaPools. You literally can’t find one negative customer from their Georgetown location and, fortunately, that’s where I live. JP came out and met with me to go over all my questions and concerns. As a single female who is clueless when it comes to mechanical things and construction, I trusted him based on all the other previous reviews which mentioned him and Jose specifically. Both of them were so patient and kind as I asked a ton of questions from the very initial meeting. Angela, who works in the office, helped me understand what to expect as the build date got closer. Jose and his crews were dependable, and super talented with incredible attention to detail. This same level of excellence was shown when Carlos, the stone contractor, came out to install the waterfall – it’s the little details like the bullnose on the waterfall that make all the difference. I didn’t go with the cheapest estimate or the vendor who said they could do it the soonest. I’m so glad I waited for AquaPools and their team to make my outdoor living dreams come true!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Amazing, Amazing, Amazing. From the beginning I knew Aquamarine Pools in Georgetown was the right choice. JP & Lissa were very professional and knowledgeable. My space in the backyard had some challenges but they provided options that worked for me and my family. During the build JP was super responsive, provided solutions and answered all my questions keeping the experience positive. Thanks JP! Another shout out to Angela and Theresa, they both helped to coordinate schedules/times/days & kept the crews on track to complete the project in a timely fashion. Thanks! Having a pool installed is stressful anyway you look at it but the team at Aquamarine made the difference and I’m a very happy customer!
Aquamarine Pools of Texas made our backyard dreams come true! They told us they were ready and within 2 weeks, we were swimming in our new pool. The crews were very professional and worked hard to ensure everything was done right. The pool itself arrived in great condition and the bottom surface is non-slip but not scratchy. The pump works quickly and efficiently and we were trained on how to use all the pool equipment to keep our pool running smoothly. The concrete around the pool looks amazing and isn’t too slippery when wet. We are so happy that our pool was installed earlier than expected and with the great quality we hoped for. We would highly recommend Aquamarine Pools.
We went with a fiberglass pool for ease and quickness of installation, we were not disappointed. Our experience from start to finish was fantastic. We made the right decision. Eddie and Angela were great with the sales and coordination process and Joss was phenomenal with the installation. Jaysa and Paul did a great job cleaning and getting the final product spotless. We love our pool and have already been using it for a week. The whole process took about 3 weeks, with a week of rain-they worked through the rain. I can’t say enough great things about Aquamarine Pools!
