I would recommend Legacy Pools to anyone who is even considering a new swimming pool. It was very important to us to work with a company and individuals that we could trust with such a significant financial investment. We received quotes from 3 other pool companies including a well known pool company in the Austin area. I felt like I was being “sold” to from the two nationwide pool companies and the Austin-based company was completely out of our budget. Steve and Crystal Henderson were completely opposite from the experiences. From the minute they walked into our house the were passionate, honest and took the time to understand what we wanted from our pool. They took into account our kids ages and how we expected to use the pool for the next 5-10 years. They also explained the technology behind the pool. I can confidently say that I feel we received the highest level of quality and craftmanship in our pool. I feel the price was fair and completely in line with the other quotes that we got. In fact, for the money, I believe we got a much better product than any of the other pool companies. I’m so glad we didn’t choose another company to build our pool based on stories others have told us about their experiences with pool companies that were unresponsive or cut corners with their work. Having a pool has been one of my dreams and I can’t think of a better company to fulfill that dream.

I would highly recommend the services and pool construction business of Premier Pools and Spas of Austin. This is the 3rd pool our family has built, and it was by far the best experience. Not only is the ownership and staff members of Premier Pools and Spas very professional, they take a very hands on approach to ensuring satisfaction of their work. Steve and Cyrstal Henderson represent this company well, and there’s no doubt I would recommend their work to others. Our pool was designed to our wants, with a lot of creativity from Premier Pools and Spas. Delivery of final product was completed on schedule, and the PPS team was always quick to respond to inquiries.

They were very accommodating, working in a small window and were able to get the project done in time for my mom’s birthday! There were problems like with any other construction job, but they fixed them in a timely manner. The only thing I would have liked is better communication and ability to get them on the phone quicker. But, I would and have recommended them to others and will continue to do so. They are great people and they delivered a beautiful pool!! Thanks!

I met Steve (owner) at the Austin Home and Garden show. After the show, he promptly followed up to see how he could help with with renovating some aspects of our pool, as well as installing an outdoor bar next to the pool. Steve could tell that I was nervous about the bar not “flowing” will the rest of the pool, and he quickly drew up a design plan that was amazing! But, as we all know, the hard part is not the design- it’s the scheduling and managing of contractors to do a quality job making that design into reality. I can tell you that Premier Pools was the FIRST construction company that I have worked with who 1) showed up on time, 2) worked as scheduled, AND 3) were meticulous about the quality of their work. It was truly a breath of fresh air! I couldn’t be happier with my project – it turned out better than the design! I would highly recommend Premier Pools for the quality of their contractors and for the excellent followup provided by Steve. I only wish that I had known about them when I was building my pool!
