If you do opt to go with Cody Pools, I cannot stress enough the importance to avoid Kevin Freeman as your project superintendent. His construction aesthetics, project management, and, most importantly, his costumer service care lacking to the degree that I am surprised he is still employed. I do not think that my pool building experience is a direct reflection of Cody Pools as a company, but I, within a doubt, place my discord with Kevin. Having him supervise my build makes me wish I’d spent more to go with another company.

Great construction process, sales process and design process. However, trying to get warranty support for lifetime warranty items is very POOR. I have sent my pictures of problems since my pool has aged and not fixed yet. I even had one of thier contractors come out and take pictures and was told it would be fixed. Well 2.5 years have went by and still have the same issues.

Beware of warranty support, there is none.

started design process, including onsite measurements in late march. received preliminary design, provided feedback and haven’t heard back since 4/3. no responses to email, phone or text. very disappointing

Cody pools is our go to pool company. They are responsive, creative and a valuable asset to our design team.

I seen some of their beautiful pools. We would like to start out pool in 2015. We have some ideals to what we are looking for and want to make sure it fits our family needs.

Love their options! They seem like an honest company with honest people. We got a quote to shop around and ensure we have enough saved, but plan on calling them back.
